Merlin Entertainments Partners with Local Nonprofits to Bring LEGO® Discovery Center to Hospitalized Children

WHAT:  The all-new LEGO® Discovery Center Washington, D.C. is partnering with Hope for Henry Foundation and LittleBricks Charity for an exclusive morning of fun for 15 families with children who have experienced recent hospitalization. Families will have full access to the brand-new attraction including a private meet and greet with a Master Model Builder, costume character photo opportunities, lots of building and a shopping spree from 9:00 a.m. to Noon on Wednesday, September 27.

Following this in-attraction event, LEGO Discovery Center representatives will partner with Hope for Henry, LittleBricks Charity, and Children’s National to bring the LEGO-fun to children at the hospital. LEGO Discovery Center representatives including Master Model Builder Andrew Litterest will visit Children’s National on Thursday, September 28 from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. to teach tips and tricks to children at the hospital.
